• Assessment answers — the responses you give about your team so we can generate your kit.
• Order details — name, email, and the kit you purchased. Payment card data is handled by Stripe; we never see or store it.
• Basic analytics — anonymous page views and device info to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

• Deliver your custom kit and order confirmation.
• Send the coaching updates you opted into.
• Improve the product and fix bugs.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for advertising.

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Our hosting and database provider — to store orders, assessment answers, and your email.
• Email delivery — to send your kit, receipts, and any updates you subscribed to.

• Email us to request a copy or deletion of the personal data we hold about you.
